| Abstract: In this paper, we present obtainable and new Software metrics useful in the different phase of the Object-Oriented Software Development Life Cycle. Metrics are used by the software industry to itemize the development, operation and maintenance of software. The practice of applying software metrics to a software process and to a software product is a complex task that requires study and restraint, which brings knowledge of the status of the process and / or product of software in regards to the goals to achieve. In this paper, we have presented metrics for Object Oriented Software Systems. They provide a basis for measuring all characteristics. |
