| Abstract: Communication is an integral part of man without which it will be practically impossible for man to achieve anything meaningful in life. It is a fact that most 21st century organizations have a network of computers in place, however majority of these organizations have not fully utilize the facilities available to them on their network. In this paper, we present the implementation of VoIP, desktop sharing, virtual team, file sharing, life chat and internal memo transmission on a network of personal computers using Microsoft NetMeeting to reduce the cost associated with internal communication within an organization. |
