| Abstract: Hybrid composite has contributed immensely in the innovation of aviation industry with regards to aerospace and ecosphere; its credibility is due to its application in designing aircraft with extensive seating capacity. The present research is based on promoting a new hybrid composite with advanced mathematical designed model for stimulating higher stiffness-to-weight ratio comprising of higher tensile properties to the use of existing composites and metallic alloys. The material used in the proposed study consists of higher stiffness fiber yarn in hybrid 8-harness satin woven fabric. The new hybrid magnifies fabric with epoxy resin amounting to higher strength in density ratio, fatigue resistance including the prospect of scaling down weight for euro industrial venture; whereas, the mathematical model of satin woven fabric bounces engineers in shaping any part of the aircraft using the laminating design enhancement. The significance of the present study is to provide aerospace` ecosphere and aviation industry with more hybrid composite material leading to surplus latent ways of hybridisation strategies impact. |
