| Abstract: Significance of the research work is mainly confirmatory SEA process that has been aimed in order to incorporate environment and sustainability factors in to project planning and decision making process of toxicological industries such as project formulation and appraisal of coronavirus impacts in hospital industries, environmental health impact assessment of all nuclear power plants, carcinogenic effects of Indian cotton chrome composite leather-clad roller ginning process and unsafe hexavent chromium effluent discharge at downstream river point of Buriganges river at Bangladesh that included sustainable projects, policies, programs, plans and legislative actions. Sustainable toxicological development is a kind of development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability and efficacy of future generations to meet their own needs. “Toxicological Impact Assessment”or environmental impact assessment (EIA) process can be defined as the systematic identification and evaluation of the potential toxicological impacts (effects) of proposed projects, plans, programs, policies or legislative actions relative to the physical-chemical, biological, bio-medical, bio-chemical, cultural, and socioeconomic components of the total environment. The primary purpose of the EIA process is to encourage the consideration of the environment in Organizational’s process and to arrive at actions that are environmentally compatible as it solves many toxicological problems. Toxicological process should include the integrated consideration of technical or engineering, medical, economic, environmental, safety, and health, social and sustainability factors to achieve sustainable business excellence. Prior to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process in 1970 in the USA, technical/medical and economic factors dominance the World’s toxicological projects. The limitation of the study and check which is sustainable environmental health impact assessment (SEHIA) process for coronovirus impact assessment (CIA) process as systematic identification and evaluation of potential coronavirus effects of proposed projects, plans, programs, plans or legislative actions relative to the physical-chemical, biological, bio-chemical, medical, biomedical , radio-active, cultural and socio-economic components of the total environment and Covid-19 CIA tool –A sustainable environmental health pandemic and epidemic control. SEHIA process is a planning and decision making process to assess and mitigate the negative integrated’ impacts of developing and developed projects, plans policies, programmes and legislative actions. In this article, case study and check have been discussed on the integration of quality, safety and sustainability management in hospital industries for measurement, monitoring and control of coronavirus infection criticality pandemics and epidemics towards sustainable international development. It is important to understand sustainable environmental impact assessment (EIHA) and/ or nursing impact assessment and safety management in hospitals being investigated that include pathogen exposure, working stress, psychological distress , fatigue, occupational burnout, stigma , physical and psychological violence, lack of proper personal protection equipments (PPEs), lack of nursing training and awareness on quality and safety and sustainability. As per research results, sustainable toxicological process should include the integrated consideration of technical or engineering, economic, environmental, safety, health, social and sustainability factors to achieve business excellence. Consideration of mindless disposal of untreated toxicological industrial wastes from chromium leather tanneries in Bangladesh Buriganga River and Indian Odissa chromite mines discharge in Bramani River and other radio-active wastes in nuclear power plants, specific industrial toxic pharmaceutical debris, municipal sanitary wastes, hazardous solid wastes, agricultural generic wastes have contaminated and polluted the water, soil and land beyond the tolerable limits, which adversely affects air environment, land fertility, water quality, vegetation , aquatic and marine life.It is concluded that the protocol for SEA process has been proposed for studying and checking the quantity and quality of environmental and social assessment and management plans. This treaty and official government procedures of SEA are helpful for making much earlier in the plan and decision-making process than EIA process. Therefore, it is key tool for sustainable toxicological development. |
