| Abstract: This is a research that formulates Psychopreneurship as socio-human behaviour that facilitates achievement and wealth-creation. The aim of the research is to establish Psychopreneurship as an indispensable and emerging paradigm of knowledge in the field of work. In doing so, the paradigms of Psychology and Entrepreneurship are integrated into an interface of knowledge creativity that is critically relevant in the field of work and socio-human endeavours. The methods employed in the research were reflective and analytical systems. The significant roles of Psychology in the interface between Psychology and Entrepreneurship were well examined in the research. Consequently, ?need for achievement (n-ach?) theory of motivation served as the background concept for the research. Other psychological paradigms, including personality, that influence entrepreneurship were analyzed in the research vis-?-vis their credence to Psychopreneurship. It is therefore recommended that the subject-matter of Psychopreneurship should be embraced by all practitioners involved in work and socio-human endeavours. |
