| Abstract: This study was carried out to analyze the link between parental school involvement and the academic achievement of young students from diverse socio-economic backgrounds between the ages of 15 and 20. As expected, the results indicate a positive and significant correlation between mothers' school involvement and the academic achievement of the students. Surprisingly, fathers' school involvement was found to be non-significant to the academic achievement of the students. The significance of the results is examined |
