School climate plays a significant role in providing a healthy and positive atmosphere. The interaction of various factors in the school can create a fabric of support that enables members of the school community to live together in harmony. Positive school climate can yield positive educational outcomes for students and teachers, similarly a negative climate can prevent optimal learning and growth in the institution. Improved school climate is a goal to pursue. School climate affects everyone associated with the school students, staff, parents, and the community.
