Article Title: An Educational Vision to Reduce the Students' Problems at Majmaah University (A Case Study of the Students at the Faculty of Education)

Abstract:
The study aimed to know the reality of the problems which face the students of the Faculty of Education at the University of Majmaah and its relationship with some variables (School specialization � residence inside or outside Al-Majamaah). The descriptive analytical method is used to identify the most important problems of the students at the Faculty of Education in order to put an educational vision to reduce these problems. To achieve the objectives of the study, there was a questionnaire consists of 61 phrases , which were distributed into (4) axes and applied to a random sample of students numbered (160) students in the second semester of the academic year 2013-2014, Departments of special education and English language, College of Education Majamaah University. The study resulted in the following results. There are no statistically significant differences due to the variable of specialization- The lack of statistically significant differences owing to the variable of residence inside or outside Al- Majamaah, The study established an educational vision to confirm how to deal with the academic problems in the emerging colleges and universities , including the College of Education in Al- Majamaah through establishing a unit for student guidance in the college including the faculty staff with expertise, efficiency and a full-time to guide students and identify them with the systems, regulations, and the rules of deletion, addition, apologizing and other problems related to students guidance which the study confirmed their huge presence among the students of the Faculty of Education, Al-Majamma University ; the need to open a number of branches for each curriculum to allow the students easily choosing the appropriate times without contradiction and academic problems; the need for the presence of the academic advisor, preparing and qualifying him to carry out his duties, not the practical ones, in determining the faculty staff to carry out their counseling duties without training and preparation and to create a suitable atmosphere to carry out their counseling duties. It is necessity to determine a limited number of students for each academic counselor does not exceed ten students.
